Internal users

Academic staff of the Institute (researchers and academic technicians); officials; support staff (fellows, social service providers and meritories); students (students enrolled in the doctorate of the Institute), and administrative staff.

Lendings policies

Only the staff of the Institute will be provided the loan service outside the reading room, with the following limits:

External users

Institutions that have concluded agreements of interlibrary loan with the Library, and any person not considered in the previous items and that makes use of the services offered by the Library.

Lendings policies

Users will have access for consultation in the reading room, up to a maximum of 3 books and 3 magazines simultaneously.

To have access to the loan service it is necessary that you consider the following:

• External users must register at the entrance of the Library and can be given access to the services if they identify themselves with a valid official document (voting credential, passport or professional ID).
• Previously access the automated catalog (OPAC) to locate the material.
• Being a closed bookcase library, it is necessary that you request the material that interests you by means of individual ballots. One for each requested material.
