Professor of Constitutional Law at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Law Institute. He is Vice-President of the Chinese Association of Constitutional Law and member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Constitutional Law.

His research subject includes constitutional law, administrative law and international law of human rights. Member of the Executive Committee, IACL.
