Guidelines for submitting manuscripts
(Versión en Español)

    1. Only original and unpublished contributions will be accepted. The Academic Journal's official language is Spanish. Contributions written in French, English, Italian or Portuguese will be published in those languages. All the articles that have been already published in the prior languages or others will be considered unedited only if it is their respective first translation to Spanish.

It is important to look out the topics to consider for the elaboration of the writings that appear in the main web page of Cuestiones, which will be updated regularly and preference will be given to those articles that deal about those topics.

    2. All contributions must be handed in printed and in electronic version. The former must be printed in laser printer, double spaced, in font 12 and captured using text processor MS-Word for DOS version 5.0 or Word for Windows versions 6 or 7. The latter should be sent to the e-mail of Cuestiones Constitucionales, always marking the exact date when the printed version was sent.

    3. The maximum length of the writings cannot be larger than 35 pages for articles, 15 for jurisprudential or legislative comments, and 10 pages for bibliographic reviews.

    4. Each contribution should be enclosed with these: a) an abstract in the language in which it is sent of no more than 200 words; b) an abstract in English of no more than 200 words; c) the title's translation to English, c) the key words that identify the content of the article in the original language and in English; d) the title of the writing cannot be longer that one line, avoiding subtitles at all time. If any of these perquisites is not followed, the contribution will be received as incomplete.

Also a covering letter of compromise should be sent, indicating that such material has not ever been sent to other institution for publishing.
